Privacy Policy

Account information: the email address you use to sign in, and the resulting session credential (cookie).

Video links you submit: when you submit a link on the website, or click “Save” in the browser extension, the URL of the public video you are watching is sent to our servers. The video itself is public content, but the record of which videos you saved is linked to your account, counts as personal information, and is handled under this policy.

Usage records: usage data required for billing and quotas (such as the number of tokens and the cost of each summary or Q&A).

The browser extension does not read or upload your browsing history: the current page’s video link is sent only when you actively click “Save”. Locally, the extension stores only the site address you entered — never passwords or credentials of any kind.

Video links are used only to generate the video’s transcript and AI summary and add it to your library; account information is used only for sign-in, quotas, and billing. We do not sell your personal information, nor do we use it for advertising.

When a video is processed, its public metadata and audio pass through third-party services for retrieval, transcription, and summarization (video metadata APIs, speech-to-text services, and LLM providers). What we send to these services is the video’s public content — it does not include your account identity.

Processed video knowledge pages (title, transcript, summary, Q&A) are visible to signed-in users on the site. Your saved list is visible only to you by default, and is shown publicly only if you actively enable “Public profile” in your profile settings.

Data is stored with our database provider (Supabase/Postgres). You can unsave a video at any time; to delete your account and its associated data, contact us via the address below and we will complete the deletion within a reasonable period.
